**I have always been interested in 'gamification'.** The idea that we use game design principles within our startups or general business practice. Why? because games are fun, and if we are playing games - rather than 'working' the upside for productivity is tremendous.

Would you like to go to work and continue on mundane tasks or start a 'Mission' ?

Reach a milestone or get to the 'next level'?

The truth is people love to play games, and we love to compete, but we like to be rewarded for pushing the envelope.
